Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY
The customers are entitled to return any product ordered and purchased via the lovelybaby.ca website within 7 days from the purchase date, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1- Item(s) purchased at the regular price ( Not Sale Price).
2- You must submit a request to info@lovelybaby.ca explaining why do you want to return the item(s).
3- Item(s) must be returned and received back by lovelybaby.ca within 7 days from the purchase date.
4- Item(s) should be in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached.
5- All shipping and handling charges incurred shall be borne by the customer.
6- Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before cannot be returned or exchanged.
7- Change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
8- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
9- lovelybaby.ca reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges.
10- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- lovelybaby.ca makes no warranty in respect of any product, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

EXCHANGES POLICY: 

Exchanging purchased online item(s) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1- If the item(s) received by you has defects or is a wrong shipment.

3- Item(s) must be returned and received back by lovelybaby.ca within 7 days from the purchase date.
4- Item(s) should be in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received your item(s), we will make a final inspection to ensure that it is in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that only the value of the ‘Authorised’ item(s) will be refunded and all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
lovelybaby.ca decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
